The Alberta Expropriation Association 2026 Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

The AEA conference is a critical source for networking and knowledge sharing amongst expropriation professionals in Alberta. Sponsorships make the conference possible by keeping conference fees affordable despite rising costs.

AVAILABLE: Option 1: $2,750 Sponsorship

This option allows you tor bring your own advertising materials (banners/posters)¹ to be put up in the conference room for Friday and Saturday and recognition of the sponsorship by the MC. In addition, your logo will be displayed on the following items: 1) PowerPoint presentation throughout the conference; 2) Alberta Expropriation Association website as a 2026 conference sponsor, which will remain on the AEA website for the entire year until the website is updated for 2027 conference sponsors; 3) table cards at the conference; and 4) the final agenda provided to all members.

In addition to the above, you may choose to be recognized as a sponsor of the Thursday night wine and cheese reception, the Friday night dinner and wine, or at the Friday night entertainment event, allowing you to place your advertising materials at one (1) of these events. Note: this is limited to two (2) sponsors per event and is on a first come first serve basis. Sponsors can bring one (1) “swag” item to their sponsored event if desired.

[1] All advertising materials for display at the conference are at the cost of the sponsor.

AVAILABLE: Option 2: $1,250 Sponsorship

Recognition of sponsorship by MC with your logo displayed on the following items: 1) PowerPoint presentation throughout the conference; 2) table cards at the conference; and 3) the final agenda provided to all members.

AVAILABLE: Option 3: $550 Gift Baskets

Gift baskets that will be winnable as a prize as part of the Friday night entertainment at the conference. Please note that we work with a gift basket company and your sponsorship includes preparation of the gift basket itself including items in line with the basket theme. In addition to your monetary sponsorship, you are welcome to add promotional items which the gift basket company will include in the basket.

This also includes recognition of the sponsorship by the MC, as well as the logo displayed on the following items: 1) PowerPoint presentation throughout the conference; and 2) the final agenda provided to all members.
